1) All images copyrighted by photographer Stacey Woods. It is illegal (and not nice) to scan, copy, or reproduce Stacey's work in any manner or medium without written permission. If you purchase a digital collection you will receive a written release to reprint. Violators of Copyright laws will be prosecuted. 2) Session fee payment is required to reserve a session date. This guarantees the time and date allotted for you. Stacey accepts personal check, cash, and all major credit cards as payment methods. Should payment not be received prior to the session, Stacey reserves the right to make your session date and time available to another client. 3) Please bring only the people that will be photographed to the session. Also, please do not bring your own camera, camcorder, or recording device to the session. 4) A link to your online gallery will be provided to you. You will receive notification via email or phone when your gallery is ready for viewing. Online galleries will be made available for viewing for a period of 7 days. A print credit applies to all orders placed within 3 days of gallery launch. Orders placed after 3 days will forfeit the print credit. Your viewing gallery will expire after 7 days, and there will be a $50 fee to reupload it for you if you have not placed your order within that time frame. 5) Print orders must be paid in full at the time of ordering. Stacey accepts cash, check and credit card. 6) Your final print order will be delivered approximately 4 weeks after placing your order. Specialty items may take up to 6-8 weeks (canvas, albums, etc.). At least 1-2 weeks' design time will also be added to this turnaround for coffee table books and storyboards that require custom design. 7) Please check your order carefully to ensure that everything is included and to your satisfaction. If you have any problems with your order, please contact us within 5 days. After 5 days, it is assumed that you are fully satisfied. Due to the custom nature of each session, all sales are final. 8) If your child is sick, please call to reschedule. I'm a parent too, and I understand that sometimes this happens. Please try to call at least 24 hours before your session. 9) All images ordered will be kept on file for one year after your initial order. All images that are not ordered will be purged after 30 days of gallery expiration. 10) You are welcome to place a re-print order from the images you originally purchased. There is a $100 minimum order on re-prints. 11) MINIMUM INVESTMENT: There is a minimum print order requirement of $750 for each session. Custom cards and digital files are only available after the minimum portrait purchase has been made.

Stacey retains Federal copyright of all images created and reserves the right to use all created work in her online portfolio, on business forms and her own printed marketing and promotional material, in her commercial work, and to submit for professional print competitions, local + national gallery exhibitions and magazine publications, both printed and online. However, she greatly respects your personal privacy, and will honor your wishes if you have a privacy issue or preference. You may request that your images not be shared in any of these avenues. Please check no below, and follow up with an email to Stacey if you wish to discuss any specific instructions or boundaries with her, including the online gallery slideshow for print ordering purposes.

"I hereby consent that my name and the photographs taken and presented by this photographer may be used by Stacey Woods Photography for the purpose of display, portfolio, advertising, website or any publication to promote the business. I also agree that the images can be used without additional compensation to the undersigned. I am of full age and have the right to contract in my own name. I have read this model release and fully understand the contents thereof. This release shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns. I have legal authority to grant these permissions and I accept all responsibility for such. (If under 18, we will need a parent or legal guardian's signature.)"
